Fair Trade, Muscat, Oman – Supervised, monitor and marketed all 80 “country franchises” that the company had and distributed approximately 25000 products to 5000 supermarkets across the country.
Etak Corporation Ltd, Mumbai, India – Established a project to manufacture and Market toys in India, which was a nascent industry. Mr. Joglekar set up this project, built the Plant and support buildings, installed suitable machinery and developed production and assembly lines. He set up and negotiated technical and financial collaborations with world-renowned brands like Hasbro of USA and Combi of Japan, and then established a worldwide marketing network for the products.

Peter Hanson, Chief Financial Officer – Mr. Hanson has over 30 years of experience in the areas of finance and operations. He began his career in public accounting and became a partner with Arthur Young & Company, the predecessor of Ernst & Young. As an audit partner, Mr. Hanson handled a wide variety of clients, both public and privately held. His responsibilities included being the head of the Emerging Business practice for the Boston Office of Arthur Young.
After leaving Arthur Young, Mr. Hanson has experienced a wide variety of experiences including serving as chief financial officer for NuCorp Energy and Mitchell International. He also was a principal of Polaris Capital, an investment-banking firm that specialized in leveraged buy-outs.
In addition to financial responsibilities, Mr. Hanson also has considerable operations experience as he also served as Executive Vice President of Operations for Mitchell International and more recently as President of the American Association of Franchisees and Dealers.
Endre Takcas Ph.D. – Dr. Takacs Serves as a consultant to the corporation in the capacity of Chief Technical Officer. Dr. Takacs Received his Ph.D. from the University of Debrecen, Hungry and established the first Rotating Gamma Institute in Europe at the University of Debrecen. After successfully implementing a state-of-the-art radiosurgery program Dr. Takacs was recruited by Clemson University as a Printable Investigator to serve as an Associate Professor of Physics and Astronomy. Dr. Takacs heads a research lab at the University that is involved with radiotherapy for medical devices and Monte–Carlo simulations. Dr. Takacs has authored numerous publications and lectures at national scientific meetings and his expertise is in Atomic, Molecular and Optical Physics.
